            FIGHT NIGHT TRAINING CAMPS


Our fight night training camps provide boxing specific training in technique and fitness. Train as a real fighter does before stepping into the ring against your opponent (another member of the training camp)​. Train twice per week for 6 weeks. On one day you will learn the ropes, the ins and outs of what to do and what not to do in the ring. You'll work on pads, bags and shadow box. On the second training day you will put what you've learned to practice in our sparring session. After the six weeks you'll get the chance to put the skills you've learned to the ultimate test by stepping into the ring at a spectacular Las Vegas styled fight night

            BOXING FITNESS

Our boxing fitness classes are for those with no intentions of learning the art of boxing but know of the benefits the training element can bring. Ally this class with a healthy diet and watch as the fat fades away. Knock inches off your waist line and nicely tone your body with Be-fit's boxing fitness sessions. This is a circuit styled class where you will be hitting bags and pads. Skipping, floor work, core work and boxing conditioning with kettlebells.

            ONE ON ONE/SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

One on one training is the best way to learn the art of boxing. Get coaching tailored specifically to you. Develop your own style and understand well the techniques of attack and defense. Get coaching on sparring and boxing tactics. Come as a single person or with a group of up to four people.
